BOOKING POLICIES
Reservation Requirements
- Deposit: $500 per person required to secure reservation via CashApp only
- Valid Documentation: Passport information must be provided at time of booking
- Accurate Information: All guest information must match government-issued identification exactly
- Age Requirements: All guests must provide accurate birth dates for proper cruise line registration
Payment Schedule
- Initial Deposit: $500 per person due at booking (non-refundable) - CashApp ONLY: $GlobalTravelDesigns
- Interim Payment: 50% of remaining balance due December 10, 2025
- Final Payment: Full balance due February 7, 2026
- Late Payment Policy: Bookings not paid by final payment date will be automatically cancelled

- Balance Payments: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Balance Payments: Bank Transfers (ACH)

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable upon booking confirmation
- Deposits are applied toward final cruise cost
- No exceptions for deposit refunds regardless of cancellation timing
Cancellation Timeline
More than 120 days before departure (Before February 21, 2026)
- Loss of deposit only
- Remaining payments refunded minus $100 administrative fee
91-120 days before departure (February 21 - March 22, 2026)
- 25% of total cruise cost forfeited
- 75% refunded minus $100 administrative fee
61-90 days before departure (March 23 - April 21, 2026)
- 50% of total cruise cost forfeited
- 50% refunded minus administrative fees
31-60 days before departure (April 22 - May 21, 2026)
- 75% of total cruise cost forfeited
- 25% refunded minus administrative fees
30 days or less before departure (After May 21, 2026)
- 100% of cruise cost forfeited
- No refunds available
Extension Cancellations
- Pre/Post cruise extensions follow same timeline as main cruise
- Documentation assistance fees are non-refundable once services begin
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
Passport Requirements
- Mandatory for all guests - no exceptions
- Must be valid for minimum 6 months beyond return date (December 28, 2026)
- Must be in excellent condition (no damage, loose pages, or alterations)
- Emergency passports accepted only with prior approval
ETIAS Authorization (Required 2025)
- All US citizens must obtain ETIAS authorization ($8 fee)
- Must be completed minimum 72 hours before departure
- Valid for 3 years or until passport expires
- Documentation assistance available for $75 per person
Visa Requirements by Nationality

CABIN ASSIGNMENT & MODIFICATIONS
Cabin Selection
- Specific cabin numbers assigned at cruise line's discretion
- Cabin category guaranteed as booked
- Deck and location preferences noted but not guaranteed
- Upgrade requests processed on availability basis
Roommate Assignments
- Solo travelers may request roommate matching (subject to availability)
- All roommate arrangements require mutual agreement
- Changes to cabin occupancy must be requested 60 days before departure
- Additional charges may apply for occupancy changes
Special Accommodations
- Accessibility requests must be made at time of booking
- Dietary restrictions noted and communicated to cruise line

- Cruise prices locked upon deposit payment
- Pre/Post cruise extensions subject to change based on participation numbers
- Government tax changes passed through to guests
- Currency fluctuation adjustments may apply to land extensions
Group Pricing Requirements
- Minimum 20 cabins required for group rates
- If minimum not met, individual cruise pricing applies
- Price difference communicated 90 days before departure
- Guests may cancel with full refund if group rates not achieved

- Natural disasters or acts of terrorism
- Government-imposed travel restrictions

- Best efforts made to provide suitable alternatives
- Refunds limited to recoverable costs from suppliers
- Travel insurance claims assistance provided
- Future cruise credits offered when possible
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Problem Resolution Process

- Formal Complaints: Submit in writing within 30 days of cruise return
- Mediation: Third-party mediation available if needed
- Final Authority: Norwegian Cruise Line terms supersede for cruise-related issues
